Cable & engraving
Every order includes one cable at no extra cost. Engraving is printed exactly as typed — double-check spelling.
Not sure which connector your wireless pack uses? Check your beltpack — most systems use one or the other.
Up to 4 characters, engraved on the shell itself.
Ear impressions
V360 is custom-molded to your ears — we cannot start production without a valid impression on file.
Ear impressions
You cannot attach files at checkout. After you pay we email you the order number and the exact subject line to use.
- After payment, Shopify emails you this order’s number. Send a new message (don’t reply to Shopify) to info@vusionaudio.com.
- Subject line exactly:
V360 impressions+ your order number, e.g.V360 impressions #1042. - Photos of both boxes (all sides, labels visible), or a WeTransfer / Dropbox / Drive link. Use a link for STL/PLY — large Gmail attachments bounce.
- Production starts when that email arrives. Or book a V360 Experience and we take them on the spot.
We match this to impressions already on file. If we cannot find a match, we email you before production starts.

Check colours, engraving and cable carefully — they go into production once you pay.
