Shipping Cost: Free on all orders within the EU

Local Pickup: We do not offer local pickup, but Vusion products are available in selected stores. Check our Stores – Vusion Audio to find a nearby location.
Order Processing & Delivery Time

Processing Time: 1–2 business days after receiving your order

Delivery Time (EU): 3–5 business days

Shipping Days: Monday to Friday only (no shipping on weekends or holidays)
Tracking & Delivery Issues

Tracking: All orders are shipped with tracking. You will automatically receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package is lost or significantly delayed, we will file a claim with the courier. Please note that resolution can take up to 30 days.
Refunds will not be issued until the courier provides an update or decision on the claim. -
Address Changes: Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order is placed. You can email us to request a change, but we cannot guarantee we can accommodate it.
